Returns

• You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To qualify, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Opened items such as pens, markers, or paper reams

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no extra cost.
